Ha Noi National Sport Training and Competition Centre, Vietnam

🎯 Training Objectives

* Full Apparatus Training – Intensive training using all competition apparatus.
* Routine Refinement – Fine-tuning routines, choreography, ex*****on and consistency.
* Simulation Training – Replicating competition conditions to build confidence, focus and mental readiness.
* Competition Exposure – Friendly competition with local gymnasts at the end of the training camp to provide valuable competition experience and assess the athletes’ readiness.
