She has gained enormous experiences and exposure in training since 1986. She has been training in NGOs, companies and colleges. Her methodology is based more on coaching and mentoring. Inspiring and motivating are her two strong traits in training. Her passion in training has brought her to all parts of the world. Her strong beliefs are built on personal development training and discovering skills

in individuals by creating positive changes. She has been awarded the International Training Fellow of the World by Junior Chamber International University based in the US (it is the highest award awarded to a trainer). Capturing more than 500 hours of training, Teresa is qualified to conduct the Train the Trainers’ course that features the 3 stages of learning (basic, designer, presenter). Teresa’s active involvement in voluntary organizations (Junior Chamber International and Sabah Society), for the past 23 years has given her vast opportunities to chair meetings as large as 5,000 people at an Asia Pacific Conference in Pattaya, Thailand. She has also been elected and appointed to numerous posts in Junior Chamber International that has given her the opportunity not only in chairing meetings, but networking with all walks of lives, meeting different dignitaries example : businessmen in Tokyo, Mayor of Guam US, Vanuatu (French territory) and Cebu Philippines and many more. She has been awarded the Ambassador of Guam and the Key to Cebu city.
