This morning, WE gathered at Bukit Jalil Recreation Park for an energising outdoor yoga practice, surrounded by nature, fresh air, and positive energy.

The morning became even more meaningful as we shared a delightful potluck breakfast, laughter, and wonderful conversations with fellow practitioners.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the lovely breakfast spread.

Here’s to more mindful mornings, healthy living, and beautiful memories together.

We are also incredibly proud of our adult and teenage yoga performers, who showcased strength, grace, and unity through their inspiring yoga presentation.

International Yoga Day 2026 | Part 1 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Our hearts are filled with gratitude as we reflect on our very first International Yoga Day Celebration.

This event was originally planned for an earlier date but had to be postponed due to unforeseen family matters. We sincerely thank everyone for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support during that time.

We were initially blessed with 60 registrations. With the rescheduled date, we understood that many participants had prior commitments and were unable to attend. Even so, those who joined us brought such positive energy, enthusiasm, and warmth that the event became a truly meaningful and successful celebration.

A heartfelt thank you to every participant who made time to be with us, and to our local community leaders for their presence, encouragement, and support. Your belief in our vision means so much to us.

This was more than just a yoga event—it was a beautiful reminder that yoga brings people together through unity, mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace.

This is only the beginning. 💙
