Heart & Soul Serenity Yoga by Ami

In a world that seems to constantly be in fast forward, just by taking a moment to care for our bodies, minds, and spirits can really work wonders for our well-being. Last weekend I had the opportunity to share a perfect harmony between strength and serenity through a special workshop blending both of my signature class - Dance Yoga and Sound; where we moved through yoga asanas intentionally with the rhythm of music, sculpted physical strength and also nurtured our sense of inner calm at the end of session with the healing sound of crystal bowls. That feeling at the end was indescribably amazing.
