Blending traditional Shaolin inner strength cultivation with modern fitness, Mr. Lee Yau Chun An, the 20th-generation successor of Shaolin Neijin Yizhichan, created a unique Qigong warm-up specially for JomGerak wellness event.

回顾2年前，我们在 社区保健活动上第一次给大众体验少林内劲一指禅气功调理，当时因为时间有限只能为20位民众进行调理。 来临8月1日上午，我们在Jom Gerak活动上再次开放气功调理给大众！

想要体验由资深气功教练顺应阴阳五行和人体经络理论，推动气血循环和自我修复的神奇传统养生体验，记得把握这次的难得机会！

周六上午，练功地点由熟悉的操场移至马来西亚艾芬银行（Affin Bank）士拉央分行，一场别开生面的气功体验活动在此展开，为银行职员带来不同以往的身心保健体验。

多位巫裔参与者首次接触气功，普遍感到新鲜有趣。练习过程中，即使只是站桩也能微微出汗，让不少人觉得十分新奇。其中也有对气感较为敏锐的参与者，更在佈气导引的过程中体验到气感流动的变化，对少林内劲一指禅留下了深刻印象。

This Saturday morning, the Qigong training venue was moved from the usual field to the Affin Bank Selayang branch in Malaysia, where a special Qigong trial session was conducted for bank staff, offering a different approach to physical and mental well-being.

Several Malay participants were introduced to Qigong for the first time and found the experience both refreshing and engaging. During practice, even simple standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang) was enough to induce light perspiration, which many participants found surprising. A few individuals who were more sensitive to “qi” reported noticeable sensations of energy flow during the Qi projection session, leaving a strong impression of the Shaolin Neijing Yizhichan Qigong technique. #少林内劲一指禅 #气功 #职场 #养生
