努力、滥用药物、健康伤害
近期,健身界好几名知名人物都相续过世,而一名著名健身网红也因为心脏衰歇而入院。
这一群人,拥有着魔鬼般的身材,让人掉牙的运动表现,但健康却如此不堪一击。。。。。。
健身这今年可以说是如日中天,从想当年许多人害怕‘变太大只’到今天各路网红,明星健身打卡是常态以及他们的时不时三个月,六个月的华丽变身让民众更加愿意为了健身而买单。
付出多少努力,得到多少回报大概是大家听过最多的激励话。
的确,在达成每一件事,努力是最基本的工作。可惜在健身健美界,努力只是其中一个方程式,高端的训练计划也只是一个方程式。
一个公开的业内秘密,专业健美选手都有利用合成类固醇,禁药等补助品来达到他们的身材以及运动表现。而随着‘健美的身材‘开始得到大众的关注,某些网红,明星为了突破自己的事业,也毅然利用这些有可能伤害自己身体健康的方式,来达到他们所要的身材,所追求的运动表现。
其实,他们是可敬的,因为他们是为了自己热爱的事业而牺牲自己的健康,性命。但大众对于这些事物的认知却太少,进而因此走了岔路。
碍于篇幅有限,今天我们就着重讨论合成类固醇(Anabolic Steroid)而已。
首先,合成类固醇又被称为雄性合成类固醇激素,经常被运动员用于提升运动表现(虽然是非法的)以及专业健美选手用来提升肌肉量(公开的秘密)。
合成类固醇可以增加:
1. 促进细胞生成,增加肌肉带氧能力
2. 肌肉体积(muscle mass)及力量(strength)
3. 增加肌糖原贮量 (glycogen storage)
4. 提升战斗、进攻意识,让运动员保持士气高昂(aggression)
5. 增加身体的复原能力,进而可以进行更高强度以及更频繁的训练
除此之外,个别的合成类固醇还可以帮使用者减脂,即使毫无章法的训练方式下,使用者还是可以增加一定的肌肉量!

以下我就来向大家说说利用类固醇所需要承担、面对的风险!
自身激素的影响
1. 男性的性欲会增强(使用期),或低下。除此之外,也会睾丸萎缩,精子数量减少,秃头,皮疹等等。 所以你现在知道为什么一拳超人如此强,却秃头了:p 哦对了,还有乳雌化~~~
2. 对于女性,合成类固醇的副作用是极具破坏性的!其中就包括声线变粗,阴蹄增大,脸部毛发变多,秃头,皮肤变粗,停经等等。基本上,就是开始慢慢 ‘雄化’
肝脏的副作用
几乎所有口服合成类固醇都会引起肝功能异常。实验研究证明,合成类固醇是一种弱致癌物质,在同时拥有其他致癌物质存在的同时,可能诱发,促进肿瘤生长!
健身不一定代表你一生安康,滥药肯定包你早登极乐~~~
脂肪代谢和心血管系统
合成类固醇会降低血液中的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)的水平,提高甘油三脂和低密度蛋白类固醇的水平。人话?增加冠心病的风险,诱发高血压咯。
对肌肉,韧带及肌腱的影响
用药后肌肉力量爆发式的成长,使得肌腱以及韧带因为过度拉长二造成撕裂。这是因为这种力量提升是超乎正常的增长。
除此之外,合成类固醇使用者也会感到肌肉发涨,发紧,变硬,甚至造成痉挛。
心理层面
好多年前,知名摔跤选手Chris Benoit 杀了他全家后,进而上吊其实跟滥药脱离不了关系。合成类固醇会造成个人攻击性较强,若使用者有暗藏的心理疾病,可能会被引发。
说了那么多,你肯定觉得这又关我什么事对吗?
可惜,在马来西亚,因为管制的问题,有非常多‘健身同好’都在使用此类药物。更有些所谓的‘贱身教练’会叫学员去做健康报告,过后利用各种语数来蒙骗学员运用合成类固醇来达到健身效果!

使命
是什么事情驱使你进行现在的工作?高薪厚禄?热诚?还是因为家传生意,想跑都跑不掉?
同事曾经问我,打算在健身界待多久,我想了都没想就回答说没有限期。。。。。。
重训的好处非常多,常见的就是增强肌肉,降低体脂肪,降低染上各式各类慢性疾病的风险,而且也是一个很好舒压得一项活动。
第一次被重训震撼到,是父亲经历了中风后,从不能言语,到做引体向上,并且把整个沙包打飞时,我从分理解到重训对我们人体,人生的无线可能。
更往后,我是从我许多客户的改变、进步中得到鼓励。
其实我是个三分钟热度的人,体能训练这一块可以说是我人生中做到最久,并且没有一天是烦闷的事。
从运动科学生,到四处卖蛋白粉,最后回归原点,成为健身教练,获取业界最专业的文凭并拥有自己的工作室,这一切我相信应该不是偶然吧!
当然,我并非完人,运动科学这一门学问很广很深,我需要学习的还有好多好多~~~
十年如一日,最近才发现自己投身这一行原来好久了。希望往后的日子还请大家多多指教。
