7imlee, formerly known as Tim Lee, earned his first income when he was 15. He studied and worked part time from a general worker to an office boy, then to a tuition teacher. Until after he graduated from university, he began his career in Accounts, then moving on to Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Training, Human Resources and Administration. He has served in many different industries, including education, audit firm, training and consulting, construction, food & beverages manufacturing and retail chain with headcounts ranging from as low as 10 pax in a SME up to 700+ pax in a public listed multi-national company. Prior to becoming a VimiCoach, 7imlee was the HOD for HR & Admin departments for a F&B group of companies with the responsibilities to reform a new HR team, transforming HR into digitalization, creating a safe and culture-rich place to nurture talents, enhance people optimization by balancing human needs, customer needs and business needs.
