It was my last day being 45yo, and I couldn’t have spent it better!

Recognized as one of the Most Influential Coaching Leaders in Malaysia is not something I’ll take for granted. Thank you and congratulations to World HRD Congress for the recognition. 🙏🏻

When I first learned coaching, it was learning the competencies and techniques to coach. Today I can proudly say, a has become a way of “being” for me.

Thank you everyone for allowing me to be the best Coach version of myself; I take this role both as an honor and a privilege. Thank you 🙏🏻

I mentioned this when I received the award on stage, “a major congratulations to all the other winners in the hall, each one of you are already demonstrating coaching potential, let’s continue to build the community together. Heartfelt congratulations to all the award winners. 🦾🦾

Job’s not done; onwards and upwards, will be focused on grooming more Applied Generative Coaches, would love it for you to join me on this journey!

On the 13th of December, we came together to celebrate the joy and victories we have achieved together as Avidians at our 10th Anniversary, Appreciation, & Awards Night 2024.

I share this achievement with all Avidians, past and present. We are honored and deeply grateful to have reached this point in our journey alongside everyone who has been part of Avidity International since its inception.

Over the past 10 years, we have grown together, faced challenges, and celebrated successes that have shaped us into the organization we are today. From our earliest days to where we stand now, every contribution, every effort, and every moment of collaboration has played a vital role in this incredible journey.

To our long-standing Avidians who have been with us from the start: I thank you for your unwavering dedication and belief in our vision. You have been the foundation of our growth and success.

To our newer Avidians: I thank you for bringing fresh perspectives, energy, and passion to our mission. You have infused Avidity International with renewed purpose and innovation.

As we celebrate this decade-long journey, we acknowledge the collective spirit that unites us. It is the shared commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement that propels us forward.
