Final flow for 2025 at .my . And this is my lil special corner 💖 The Compass direction gives me a lot of focus inwards. Yet, close enough to see the ticher without glasses & clear enough to hear the "are you okkk?" 🫣 "this is the last one, promise" when it's really not 🫠
What resonates with me is that this type of vibe is like triathlon on a mat. Transitions after Transitions. Only diff here is the last promised transition, isn't really the last 😆

Just had my second official Aqua Baby swim class 🏊♀️👶 — beyond the adult Aqua Fitness classes I teach at !
These little ones are SO inspiring 🌟 — swimming better than some adults, all thanks to their parents’ support ❤️👨👩👧👦.
As for me… I’m proud I can still sing nursery rhymes and enjoy the sing-along 🎵😄!
Proof that you’re never too old to learn new skills — when it’s driven by passion 💙✨.

Same dress. Different styling.
Admittedly, the dress is less fitting at the same weight. BMI difference 24% vs 18%.
It's been a tough journey, staying relevant, fit, lean & not look "over the hill" when you're over 50 😮💨

5 year later ... with just the change of a single digit in the age,my whole life changed. Hasn't been an easy one, especially when you've been called "washed out" etc 😩 That really struck a nerve ! But, it's gotta be chin up, t**s up & keep going. What a roller coaster of a journey it has been 🥴 Anyhow, I am glad that I have maintained my shedded weight, didn't really manage to reverse the ravages of time on my face 😮💨 M praying that with the close of the Snake Year, that the horse would be a kinder one 🙏
