Beberapa hari lepas, ada berita penting berkaitan MRT3. Korang rasa kenapa berita MRT3 ni sangat mengembirakan pelabur-pelabur hartanah?
Dorang ni gembira sebab kebanyakkan pelabur hartanah dalam circle ni memang dah standby rumah berdekatan area MRT, malah ada yang beli terus connect dengan station MRT.
MRT3 ni satu booster yang paling power kerana ianya melengkapkan sambungan pengangkutan awam di Lembah Klang.
MRT3 dijangka siap pada tahun 2030
dan apabila siapnya MRT3 ini, jaringan perhubungan dengan MRT1, MRT2, LRT & KTM akan menjadikan keseluruhan Kuala Lumpur dan sebahagian besar Selangor bersambung.
Hartanah yang berdekatan dengan stesen MRT ini sudah pastinya akan mendapat kenaikan dari segi harga rumah (CA) dan juga kadar sewaan (CF) apabila MRT3 mula beroperasi sepenuhnya.
