Wellness Team Building for LSEG KLCC last week at the beautiful Palm Garden Putrajaya.

We did a combi of games, communication and wellness.
All ties back to Cohesive Team’s 4 pillars which are Resilience, Agility, Purpose & Belonging.

This is definitely a resilient team, especially after having gone through at least 4 M&A, fortunate to be lead by someone with a lot of heart 💖✨

It was an absolute pleasure for me to spend the day with such a beautiful bunch 🌟

Today at Safari Wonderland A’Famosa Resort Melaka with Shell Business Services Leadership Team. This is my 4th session with this close knit tightly bonded bunch ❤️

3 sessions of Critical Thinking and Creative Solutions, a public program in Kuala Lumpur throughout the month of September & early October 2025.

Grateful for the opportunity to share, guide and motivate or realign perspective and mindset of participants.

My soft skills training module is entirely my own creation. Nothing is anchored on popular theory / ideology or popular methods. Why? Because times have changed. Because theory / ideology rarely work in real life.

And also, with every generation that comes into the workforce, they bring different contributions. Unfortunately bosses either refuse to acknowledge and accept due to their own insecurities or just don’t know what they don’t know. As a consequence, companies become obsolete, employees become unmotivated and leave. This causes high manpower turnover and attrition rate… Which leads to wastage… wasted time, energy and resources (money in advertising, training, coaching, etc)… not to mention opportunity cost when something could have evolved or surfaced during the time.
