Kaizen Kids offers young children in KL the opportunity to get fit and prepared for a Triathlon race.
We aim to build their knowledge, skills and confidence in Swim, Bike & Run to help them get fit or to compete in the sport at their best.

Congratulations to the Kaizen Kids team members who raced with M3X in a small Duathlon organized today in Putrajaya by the M3X team. Although I could not make it the kids (especially mine) had a great morning out and for some Kaizen Kids it was their first race. I look forward to the real race season hopefully kicking off soon in the new year. This was a fantastic practice run for the kids to prepare them for future racing.

Monday 4:30-5:30 - run all levels
Tuesday 3:30- 4:30 - bike-run for ages 6-8 & newbies (not so confident on bike)
Tuesday 4:30-5:30 - bike-run for ages 8+ and more confident on bike
Wednesday 4:30-5:30– Run all levels ages 8 +
Thursday 3:30- 4:30 - bike-run for ages 6-8 & newbies (not so confident on bike)
Thursday 4:30-5:30 - bike-run for ages 8+ and more confident on bike
Saturday-
8-10 bike and run ages 8+
10-11 swim (note extra charge RM 20 for pool entry in addition to coaching fee) also subject to SOPS permitting swimming.
*Alternative session based on demand TBA ie. Trail run with hill repeats
*Sessions based on a minimum number of signups
Kaizen Kids is now back at training. If you are interested in afterschool or weekend bike, run and swim training to get fit, active and or compete in multisport races join us now.
Training camps are running this week, with Run, Bike and Swim activities planned. Location: Bukit Kiara, numbers permitting.

Our regular sessions will resume with some changes to the schedule. To balance out the offering and offer more to younger children.
Monday - run all levels 4:30-5:30

Wednesday – Trail run with hill repeats and interval training 3:30-4:30 ages 8 +
