In most of my films, the voiceover is locked before a single visual exists.

The voice sets the rhythm. Where it breathes, the picture changes. Where it lands a line, the music lifts.

Then the visuals are generated to fit, shot by shot.

Traditional production often runs the other way. Shoot first, find the story in the edit, patch the script to match.

Starting with the voice means nothing gets generated that the story does not need.

Before I name a tool in a training deck, I check that every participant can log in.

It sounds basic. It is also the fastest way to lose the first hour of a training day.

So there is a rule. Access confirmed. Credits confirmed for the whole day, not just the morning. Tools the company already licenses come first.

Anything credit-limited becomes a demo, not an exercise.

Course description. Objectives. Target participants. Methodology. Module-by-module outcomes. Every training provider needs one, every time.

Now a brief goes into my course outline staff member. It knows the framework, the format training providers expect, and the words I never use.

The draft comes back in minutes. I spend my time on what the draft cannot know: this client, this room, this problem.

This is one of the demos I run with service and operations teams.

The export goes in raw. Typos, duplicates, shorthand only the team understands.

What comes back: the recurring themes, the likely root cause behind each one, and a reply template for every theme, written in the company's own tone.

Then the team checks it against what they know. That part stays human.
