Imagine: a powerful opponent grabs you in an iron grip. What do you do? Run away? No!
Use your mind, not your strength. Get inside your opponent / „Move in” / and break free from his grip.
The legendary founder of ITF Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, demonstrates the best technique for freeing yourself (self-defense technique) (자위술). Instead of struggling, he moves DIRECTLY TOWARDS THE ATTACKER, entering his space with precision and quick movement.

* Close the distance – don’t retreat; that’s pure Taekwon-Do!
