Benefits of jumping 👍🏻👍🏻

Women are strong yet delicate, with unique strengths and vulnerabilities. Jumping Fitness is an exercise program that will strongly support the woman's special physical and biological needs. It IS the best exercise for women and here are 3 compelling reasons why.

1) Jumping Fitness Aids In Weight Loss

Being overweight puts a lady at risk to many health conditions, including cancers and heart diseases. Jumping Fitness, a low impact, aerobics rebounding program, is an amazing fat burner. Happy jumpers at our studio reportedly burn between 400-700 calories after a typical one hour jumping fitness session. Jumping Fitness also helps to improve your resting metabolic rate so that your body continues to burn calories for hours after exercise. Moreover, jumping requires you to tighten and relax your core muscles repeatedly which helps to effectively burn abdominal fats to bring about a slimmer and better defined appearance.

Countless testimonials of successful and dramatic weight loss stories pour in on a regular basis. Jumping Fitness Instructor Irene Tan went from XL to XS in less than a year. Dr Concon Ormasa-Leaño, a Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital lost 11 kg in 8 months after she became "hooked on jumping" when other forms of exercise yielded little results and failed to keep her motivated . Ms Phyllis Lim, a Client Service Manager at Standard Charter is similarly hooked and shed 7kg within 6 months.

2) Jumping Fitness Promotes Bone Health

Osteoporosis, a degenerative bone condition, is a growing health concern worldwide. It is a gradual decrease in bone density that puts the patient at risk to fractures. Osteoporosis is four times more common in women than in men. According to the US National Osteoporosis Foundation, one in two women over the age of 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis. Jumping Fitness, can help to prevent and even stop the progression of osteoporosis by strengthening the bones. German medical studies headed by Dr. Joachim Schulz of the “Board for Preventive Medicine” showed that jumping on the trampoline can stop the decrease of bone density due to osteoporosis.

Our bones require appropriate stress and weight bearing resistance to become stronger and denser. When you jump on the trampoline, the gravitational stress on your body changes from zero at top of your jump, to about twice your bodyweight when you land on the trampoline mat. This changing G-force that jumping puts on your body causes new bone tissues to be formed, thus strengthening your bones.

3) The Best Exercise For Lymphatic Circulation

The lymphatic system is an intricate network of vessels that move lymph fluid throughout the body to transport toxins and waste to special lymph nodes for disposal. A sluggish and impeded lymphatic system makes you more likely to get sick, and toxins are trapped in fat tissues, causing weight gain. Good lymphatic circulation ensures efficient elimination of toxins and harmful substances that get into our bodies from the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe in our environment.

The lymphatic system is also a critical part of our immune system that protects us from pathogens and even cancer cells. The lymph nodes produces specialized white blood cells called lymphocytes to destroy germs and stop infections or mutated cells from spreading. The lymphatic system is crucial for protecting us from cancer formation.

Jumping fitness is the best exercise for lymphatic circulation. Unlike most exercises that are carried out in a horizontal plane, the vertical up and down movement on the trampoline supercharges the lymph function. The fluctuating G-force on the body stimulates the lymphatic system to remove toxins without stressing your joints. You will feel lighter, cleaner and happier after you are wonderfully spent at a full-hour, full-body jumping fitness session. It is no wonder so many are hooked and irreversibly addicted to jumping fitness.

A well functioning lymphatic system is so vital in maintaining health, preventing diseases, and fighting cancers. Yet, not many people understand the role of the lymphatic system. Most doctors also do not generally discuss lymph health with their patients.

💚What Is The Lymphatic System
Our body has three times more lymph fluid than blood. While blood delivers nutrients to our body cells, it is the lymph fluid that removes and eliminates metabolic waste and toxins from our body. It is the body’s sanitation system.

Our lymphatic system also provides immune support to ward off infections and diseases. Lymph nodes produce lymphocytes, which are specialized white blood cells that remove bacteria, viruses, harmful foreign agents, and even cancer cells.

💚Inactivity Causes A Sluggish Lymphatic System
We live in an imperfect world which assaults our body daily with environmental pollutants and toxins in our food, water, and air. Unlike our circulatory system, which is driven by the heart, the lymphatic system moves lymph fluid primarily upwards towards the neck and does not have a pump. It depends on body movements to circulate.

A sedentary desk-bound lifestyle will significantly repress the lymphatic system and its detoxification function, resulting in accumulated toxins in the body. Coupled with the frequent consumption of unhealthy snacks, we have a sure formula for garbage buildup and health breakdown. That is why inactive people are more susceptible to illnesses.

💚Rebounding Enhances Lymphatic Circulation
Rebounding is the activity of jumping on the mini-trampoline. The up and down movement subjects every cell in the body to the interactive forces of acceleration and deceleration. The repeated contraction and relaxation of muscles and connective tissues promote the upward movement of the lymph fluid through numerous lymph valves to effectively remove buildup toxins.

While horizontal motion exercises, such as jogging or running, also help in lymphatic circulation, they are not as effective and put undue stress on the bones and joints. Rebounding, on the other hand, protects vulnerable bones and joints such as ankles, knees, back, and legs, by absorbing all the negative impact forces.

💚Rebounding For A Strong Immune System
Rebounding on a mini-trampoline is an excellent exercise for cancer care and prevention. It enhances lymphatic circulation to help eliminate toxins and cancer-causing agents effectively. Increased lymphocyte activity also builds the body’s resistance against pathogens and aids healing. Rebounding is perhaps the most efficient means of flushing the lymph while stimulating the immune system to defend against cancer and other diseases.

According to Linda Brooks, the author of Rebounding and Your Immune System, two minutes of rebounding will flush the entire lymphatic system and cause the white blood cells of the immune system to triple in number. Therapeutic rebounding has been reported to reduce cancerous tumors and improve and heal many other ailments.

💚Rebounding Alleviates Symptoms of Lymphoedema
Swelling of the arms or legs due to water retention is a condition known as lymphoedema. It can happen as a result of surgery or a compromised lymphatic system. Rebounding can help reduce swelling and pressure by pumping stagnated fluid back into the lymphatic system. It may even help prevent the condition in the first place by promoting lymph flow and helping to maintain a healthy weight.

💚Gentle Bouncing For Patients To Aid Recovery
Those who are weak can also experience profound health benefits by simply standing on the trampoline and bouncing lightly without lifting the feet off the trampoline mat. Two minutes of rebounding throughout the day will help to sustain an active immune system and continuously cleanse the lymph to detoxify the body. The Jumping Profi Light trampoline is a premium mini trampoline specially designed for home use. It is compact and light and comes with a handlebar for support and safety. It may be an essential piece of therapeutic and exercise equipment to aid the patient in recovering.

Healthy individuals can go for aerobic rebounding to stimulate the immune system, control weight, tone and strengthen the body, and build endurance. Jumping Fitness is a fun and proven aerobic rebounding system for health maintenance and disease prevention.
