✨Why I created the Yoga Basics workshop ✨

Personally, yoga has played such a big role in my healing journey. It has not only opened me up to so many other modalities of health and wellness but also its teachings made me reexamine my belief systems and core values.

Many people are aware of the benefits of yoga but may be hesitant to try out a class. The most common misconception I hear is “I can’t do yoga, I’m not flexible”. That’s like saying I can’t take my car to the car wash because my car is dirty!

So, maybe you have never done yoga before, or maybe you’ve tried a few classes and just followed along without really knowing what you were doing, or maybe you just want to deepen you understanding of the basics.

Wherever you are, my intention for this workshop is to have a personalised session, breaking down fundamental yoga sequences and poses so that they work for your body.

With this basic understanding, I hope that you can walk into any yoga class with confidence and begin your own healing journey!
