Responsibilities:
1) Conduct vessel inspection and ensure compliance with class/statutory regulations and company safety requirements
2) Monitor vessel performance and ship repair schedule and attend to repair of the vessel and provide technical advice
3) Analyze and the trouble-shoot root cause of technical problems and major equipment breakdown
4) Assist in formulating and implementing the Plan Maintenance Scheme (PMS) of the hull and machinery
5) Assist in investigating the shipboard incident and Assist Dry docking repairs and survey
6) Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the seagoing personnel

Requirements:
· Must have Certificate of Competency Class 2/ Served as 2nd Engineer with Shore
· Minimum Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent
· Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Marine Engineer in a management role onboard Oil Tankers

We're hiring an OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT for LPG FLEET.

Responsibilities:
• Provide necessary support on Voyage Ex*****on for LPG vessels.
• Monitor cargo operation, grade change, N2 purging, gas freeing and gassing up. Provide support to vessel’s master whenever required.
• Assist on commercial dispute and issuing LOP.
• Assisting Senior Manager Operations to coordinate with Charterer.
• Assisting Senior Manager Operations in monitoring vessel’s Safe Cargo Operation responsible for the Fleet.
• Assist in guiding master for preparing and attend (when required) for following inspections – vetting, terminal, security and PSC. Responsible for follow up, assist vessel to close out and prepare responses for the mentioned inspections.
• Assisting Senior Manager Operations to prepare investigation forms in advance, keep ready update P&I correspondent list, port contact list of all port of call. Collect evidence and take part in cargo related incident investigation.
• Assisting Senior Manager Operation in ensuring all operation in compliance with Company’s policies.
• Managing port and cargo operation activities.
• Updating Operation Documents and Files timely.
• Assisting in monitor vessel’s equipment related with tank cargo system and update vessel’s cargo pump running hours.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years working experience ashore as Operations Superintendent for LPG tankers or equivalent or;
• Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Chief Officer on board LPG Tankers
• Strong supervisory skills and problem-solving
• Willing to travel and be on board vessels
• Understanding of ISM, ISPS, Flag state authority and other statutory latest requirements
• Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We're hiring an ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT for LPG FLEET.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise day to day aspect of vessel’s operations and machinery performance with regards to technical matters and providing necessary technical support to the vessels.
• Formulating and implementing Planned Maintenance System (PMS) of the hull and machinery and repairs of vessels under the management.
• Reviewing & procuring ship’s machinery spares and consumable stores within vessel’s budget on operating expenses.
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date inventory system of all spares in the fleet.
• Must comply with the statutory regulations and requirements of IMO, Classification Society, Flag State, Port State and Marine industry association.
• Instructing, arranging, coordinating and monitoring works/repairs by shore repairer.
• Supervise contractors’ repair/maintenance of vessels.
• Sourcing for repair quotation & job confirmation for repairer.
• Preparing Dry-docking or Repair Specification, analyse price quotations, coordinate with repair yard, class, contractors and vessel for eventual implementation.
• Finalising Dry Docking repair specification and manage every repair and dry-docking project with effective control on cost and schedule.
• Perform evaluation for dry-docking, repair quotes and selection of shipyards for repair works, ship maintenance etc.
• Provide and compile documented reports upon completion of dry docking, including summaries of works performed, operational budgets, and actual expenditures.
• Investigating shipboard incident and any marine incident involving the fleet and recommend preventive measures.
• Analyse the root cause, preventive measure and prepare report on any marine incident related to hull and machinery (H&M) damage

Requirements:
•Must have Certificate of Competency (WKE) Class 2 or Minimum Diploma in Marine Engineering. (Preferably Class 1)
• At least 2 years working experience ashore as Technical Superintendent or equivalent or;
• Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Marine Engineer onboard LPG Tankers
• Strong technical & supervisory skills
• Highly skilled in problem-solving
• Willing to travel and be on board vessels
• Able to demonstrate marine engineering and ship repair knowledge
• Understanding of ISM, ISPS, Flag state authority and other statutory latest requirements
• Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
