9 April 2026 - We had an amazing turnout of 231 junior walkers from primary and secondary schools across Melaka state for the MILO Melaka Junior Walking Championship - Circuit 1 held at Trek SSN SMK Seri Kota, it was great to see so much energy from our Under-9, Under-12, and Under-18 boys and girls.

We were honored to have Pn. Noraziah bt Kassim, Pengerusi Teknik Olahraga MSS Melaka Dan Jurulatih Sepenuh Masa SSN Melaka, who lead this event and special thanks to Coach Zafrie Zain, join us to present the medals.

A huge thank you to JPN Melaka, all the teachers and coaches, and our title sponsor for the T-shirts, medals, and drinks.

We can't wait to see everyone again for Circuit 2 on 21st May 2026. Let’s keep walking!

A big thank you to everyone who made the MILO Malaysia Penang Race Walking Clinic 2026 a success on Wednesday, 1st April 2026, at the Penang City Stadium!

Co-organised by PAAA, the session was expertly led by RWAM Coach Mr. Tan Chee Leong and his dedicated team.

We were thrilled to see 80 junior walkers giving their best and extend our heartfelt gratitude to our title sponsor, , for providing the official T-shirts and refreshing drinks.

An overwhelming response in turnout, with 15% more participants than last year, marked the Melaka Walk Clinic held on 7 February 2026 at Trek SMK Seri Kota, Melaka. A total of 370 junior walkers aged 17 and below from 71 schools (65 secondary and 6 primary schools) across Melaka joined the clinic.

Organised by the Race Walkers’ Association of Malaysia together with the Student Talent Development Unit of the Melaka Department of Education, the clinic was led by Coach Zafrie Zain and National Athlete Fakhrul Razi, focusing on race walking fundamentals and early talent identification.

Special thanks to all school teachers and parents who were willing to spend their time bringing and supporting their children today, your encouragement plays a big role in growing the sport.

Our appreciation also goes to Madam Noraziah, Head Coach of Melaka Sport School, for her continuous support, and to for sponsoring T-shirts and drinks for all participants.

What an incredible finale to the JDP 2025 season! 🎉 A total of 80 walkers from Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and one special international participant from Japan, Kento Akamine 🇯🇵 came together to share passion, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

A heartfelt thank you to all parents, coaches, and teachers for your unwavering support throughout the journey 🙏💚.

The event featured categories for Men and Women Open, as well as Boys and Girls Under 15, Under 12, and Under 9, with every participant showing true dedication on the track.

JDP 2025: Celebrating Walkers with MILO's 75 Years Anniversary!

Today, 2nd Circuit of JDP was successfully completed at Stadium UPNM, bringing together 72 passionate walkers who showcased their dedication and spirit for race walking.

We were honoured to be invited by MILO for a special interview session in celebration of ’s 75th Anniversary 🎉. The session highlighted the invaluable contributions of race walkers in shaping Malaysia’s sporting legacy.

Our gratitude goes to Founder & Deputy President, Mr Khoo Chong Beng, SJKC Jinjang Selatan Coach Yap Thien Cheong, as well as supportive parents En Mohamad Mazuan and Puan Azeera Farhana with their childen, Muhd Hafiy & Adeelea who shared their voices and stories.
