Position: Electronic Technician

Job Brief
Join Hayamim Ava, a long-established distribution and contracting company specializing in Audio-Visual (AV) systems and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) solutions for education, corporate, and business needs. We are seeking a skilled ELV/AV Integration Technician to work on installations, cabling, terminations, and system integration for diverse projects, as well as basic troubleshooting and repair of AV-related equipment to ensure seamless operation.

Requirements
1. Male, aged 23–28 years old.
2. Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or relevant technical certificate.
3. Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in installation and wiring of AV / PA systems, CCTV, digital signage, or related ELV systems.
4. Skilled in the use of installation tools such as drill, hammer drill, soldering iron, and multi-meter.
5. Technical knowledge in audio-visual equipment, CCTV, integrated AV control systems, interactive displays, public address systems, and meeting room management systems is an advantage.
6. Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems (essential).
7. IT skills in hardware, software, and networking are an advantage.
8. Possess valid B2 & D driving licences and own transport (motorcycle or car). GDL licence is an advantage.
9. Preferably residing near Gombak, Sentul, Batu Caves, Ulu Klang, Ampang, Kepong, Selayang, or Sri Damansara.

Key Responsibilities
1. Install, terminate, and test structured cabling (CAT6, fiber, audio, and video cables).
2. Install and integrate PA systems, CCTV, LED video walls, AV control systems, and related devices.
3. Conduct basic troubleshooting of AV equipment and resolve on-site issues.
4. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and layout plans.
5. Perform site visits, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
6. Conduct product training for customers after handover.
7. Interact with clients and perform proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations during project planning.
8. Supervise outsourced contractors for larger projects.
9. Prepare reports from site visits including measurements, conditions, and requirements for the sales team.

1. Basic salary: RM3,000 (commencement salary based on skill and experience)
2. Performance bonus for eligible staff.
