Your first hybrid challenge is here: MUSCLE RIDE 70. ⭐🤩💫

Cycle and muscle, remixed. Start in the cycle studio, finish at Muscle Club. A powerhouse mix of AMRAPs, EMOMs and interval finishers built to test muscular endurance and push community gains in true ALOHA spirit. 🤸🏽💯

Task: Complete 1 Muscle Ride 70 + 2 cycle classes of your choice.

REDLINE IS BACK! Let the training begin 🤙🏽 Redline will be held on the 25-26th of July — that’s 12 weeks away, perfect time to get into a training block to prepare you for the race.

We’ve created a 12-week Redline program that’ll build your strength & engine, and teach you how to efficiently move through each station.

The program starts Monday, 4th of May & program is split into 3 blocks:

Week 1-4: STRENGTH
Establish A Baseline:
- build strength
- learn how to be efficient on the Ergs

Week 5-8: VOLUME
Grow the Engine:
- Introduce Erg Work, sleds, shuttle run
- Work under fatigue & lactic build up
- Maintain strength

Week 9-12: INTENSITY
Peaking Phase
- Threshold training
- Practicing race day sequence
