"I like to carry weight, I like to carry weight alot," 73 years old Mrs Roseline Umar tok.

Despite her old age, Mrs Umar dey carry weight, dey box and engage in oda exercises to lose weight and keep fit.

"No find my trouble for road oh, becos di kain boxing wey I dey box na ogbonge boxing," she tok.

Mrs Roseline dey also do treadmill work evri morning and evening and she say na five kilometres she dey cover each.
