From a coach’s POV, we can tell when something’s sitting heavy on you the pauses feel longer, the energy shifts, your mind isn’t fully in the room even if your body is.
Some women come in pushing harder than usual, like they’re trying to outwork what they feel. Others move a little slower, quieter, just trying to get through it. And sometimes, it has nothing to do with fitness but everything to do with life outside these walls.
That’s why at KOA, we don’t just see reps or weights. We see women showing up anyway. And in that, there’s already strength worth recognising
