As usual - evening dive session. Special malam ni sebab kelas malamni bertemankan cahaya bulan mengambang sebesar alam 🌕

We started after 6pm so students with 9-5 schedule can come in, unwind, and enjoy the session at their own pace without sacrificing AL or taking the weekend off.

If you’ve been curious about diving, prefer private and small session like this but never found the right time, this might be it✨

Ramai diver baru ingat diving is all about the ocean.
Truth? The magic starts in the pool.

1️⃣ Buoyancy Control
Gunakan environment pool yang aman, tak berombak, 100m viz untuk nail down your buoyancy. Try trim and hover 2 inci dari lantai pool and glide. Remember - the biggest pressure changes happen at the first 10m.

Bonus tip : If you can stay neutral at shallow, you can stay neutral at depth.

2️⃣ Mask Clearing
Kalau korang jenis automatic rasa nak melompat setiap kali air masuk dalam mask, practice dulu buat bubble tanpa mask kat kolam. Tak perlu dalam pun, just berdiri kat air paras dada, put on regulator and tunduk masukkan muka dalam air sambil bernafas. Ulang sampai rasa gemuruh tu hilang, then continue sampai boleh buat skill ni kneeling atas lantai pool.

3️⃣ Regulator Clear
New divers kadang-kadang tend to hold their breath bila regulator terkeluar dari mulut. 2 benda jadi bila diver tahan nafas - 1 you rise up unintentionally and 2 you risk getting lung overexpansion injury. Ingat waktu diving we must either inhale or exhale to avoid injury.
