LIVE VIRTUAL HOME WORKOUT CLASSES

How to join:

1. Purchase an ‘ÉPIQUE+ AT HOME’ Class Package by transferring full payment to :

Kindly email us the proof of transaction, your full name, contact number and email to [email protected]

2. Sign up for your classes via MINDBODY (existing ÉPIQUE+ members should already have an account. Non-members will have to download the MINDBODY App. We will email you your account login details once we have verified payment.

3. Download ZOOM on any of your devices (computer/laptop or mobile phone –
http://zoom.us/) 4. Create an account.

5. We will email you the details and access to our Live Class (please note that this is NOT to be shared. We will be blocking access to anyone who is unauthorized to join the virtual class)

6. Kindly log on to the virtual class via ZOOM 10mins before start time of the class. Upon commencement of the class, kindly mute your screen so that everyone can hear the instructor clearly.

7. Ensure that you are in workout attire and have your laptop/phone with good Internet connection & sufficient battery, yoga mat, sweat towel & water bottle ready. The instructor will also let you know in the 10mins before the class if any other necessary props/household items are required.

8. WERK IT!

Existing ÉPIQUE+ members can re-activate their memberships to gain access to ÉPIQUE At Home classes (via ZOOM) and will not be required to purchase class packages separately.

ÉPIQUE+ AT HOME

Digital solutions to make sure social distancing doesn't lead to social isolation during this movement control order.

ÉPIQUE+ IG LIVE classes. Stream classes & feel the burn🔥

The workouts will be led by our trainers and they will be LIVE guided follow-along workout videos so please have your phones (with good WiFi and sufficient battery), headphones, yoga mats, water bottles and sweat towels ready nearby. No gym equipment needed but if you have resistance bands and light weights you can have them nearby.

If you have a tripod that would be useful too so you can stand your phone up.

ÉPIQUE+ will be CLOSED from 12pm on Tuesday 17th March 2020
to Tuesday 31st March 2020

All group classes have been cancelled and the gym will only be open for access to the open gym today (17/3/2020) until 12pm only.

ÉPIQUE+ will freeze all membership packages (FOC) until the Movement Control Order has been lifted.
