Job description
We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player Front Desk Associate/Club Receptionist to join the Harvest Fitness team.
The Front Desk Associate position requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service-oriented and can multi-task at a quick pace.
• Greet members and guests in a friendly manner
• Professionally answer the phone and direct all calls accordingly
• Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
• Provide the highest level of customer service in a prompt and effective attitude to all members and guests
• Ability to tour members around the facilities
• Ability to work with flexibility such as opening/closing/mid-day shift
• Notify management at once when there are special incidents and circumstances
• Assess and keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean and tidy
• Keep and report lost and found items to management accordingly
• Ensures the gym sound system is ready to standby
• To monitor members/guests usage of facilities in compliance with strict rules & regulations set by Harvest Fitness Management
• Promote to sell beverages

Qualifications
• Strictly communicate and understand in ENGLISH. Knowing extra language would be plus point.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (required)
• Understanding of basic cash procedures (required)
• Basic computer skills (required)
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience
• Minimum SPM required with equivalent work experience
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Major in sports, health and fitness related field will be prioritized
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity in terms of work ethic

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week
