🥹❤️ When a Repair Becomes More Than Just a Repair…

Some customer feedback really touches our hearts. ❤️

A customer recently shared this amazing 5⭐ review after we managed to bring his iPhone 4S back to life after almost 7 years of being completely dead! 📱✨

But the most meaningful part wasn’t just getting the phone working again…

It was seeing his old photos, apps and games still intact — memories he hadn’t been able to access for 7 years. 🥹📸

For us, this is why we do what we do.

At iMalaysian, we don’t simply repair devices. Sometimes, we help bring precious memories back to life. ❤️

And today, we received another surprise from this wonderful customer — a set of Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩☕ as a token of appreciation!

Honestly… your kind words, trust and support are already more than enough. But this thoughtful gesture really made our day! 🥰🙏

Thank you so much for trusting us with your precious Apple devices and for coming back to us again and again. From iPods and iPhones to those “old devices that everyone else has given up on” — we’ll always try our best. 💪🔧

Have an old Apple device sitting in your drawer?
Maybe it’s not completely gone yet. 😉

My iPad Air 4 suddenly couldn’t charge, so I brought it to iMalaysian.com for diagnosis.

After checking, they found that the issue was caused by the non-original charging cable I had been using. They cleaned the charging port and tested the iPad with an original charger and cable—and everything worked perfectly! 🙌

Thank you to iMalaysian.com for helping me identify the actual cause of the charging problem. They also advised me to use an original charger and cable, as using non-original accessories may potentially affect the charging port, battery, or other internal components over time.

I really appreciate their professional advice, excellent service, and helpful explanation. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

🌍 A University of Malaya international student found iMalaysian.com online and made an appointment with us to replace the back housing of his iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Sometimes, trust isn’t built through advertisements—it’s earned over the years.

This customer was referred to us by her boyfriend. ❤️

He had known iMalaysian.com since the days when we were located at Sunway Velocity. Having experienced our workmanship and service, he had always trusted the quality we deliver.

When he noticed his girlfriend’s iPhone battery had started to swell, he didn’t want to take any chances. Concerned that the swollen battery could become a safety hazard if left unattended, he immediately called to make an appointment and drove all the way from Cheras with her.

In just one hour, we replaced the battery, and her iPhone was back to normal. The relief on their faces said it all.

After the repair, they kindly left us a Google Review and even took a photo testimonial with our team. Thank you for your trust and support! 🙏

We also reminded them that a battery should never be chosen based on price alone. Low-quality replacement batteries may swell prematurely, deliver poor performance, or cause unexpected shutdowns. Choosing a high-quality battery helps ensure better safety, reliability, and long-term performance.

Before they left, she smiled and said,
“Now I finally understand why you’ve been recommending iMalaysian.com all this time.”

Moments like these remind us that the greatest compliment isn’t just a successful repair—it’s when a satisfied customer confidently recommends us to the people they care about most.

Thank you to every customer who continues to trust and recommend iMalaysian.com. Your support means everything to us. ❤️

The first shop told her to buy a new MacBook. But she had one important question.

Her MacBook suddenly wouldn’t turn on.

She went to another repair shop first, and the staff immediately suggested, “You should just buy a new one.”

She then asked,

“What about all the data inside?”

The staff couldn’t give her an answer.

That’s when she decided to visit iMalaysian.com for a proper diagnosis.

After a thorough inspection, we found that the issue was a faulty logic board, not a dead MacBook.

She told us,

“If you can repair it and recover my data, I’ll definitely fix it.”

The good news? We successfully repaired the logic board, and all her data was preserved.

She works in digital marketing, so her MacBook contained valuable client files, creative assets, and important work documents.

When she saw everything back exactly as before, she was truly relieved.

Many people think that a MacBook that won’t turn on means it’s time to buy a new one.

But sometimes, the computer isn’t the most valuable part—the data inside is.

Before replacing your MacBook, let it be properly diagnosed. You may be able to save both your device and your precious files.

“You saved my life!”

I laughed and replied, “Maybe your second life.”

After all, I thought she was referring to her iPad.

But she looked at me very seriously and said,

“No. My real life.”

She explained that her iPad battery had swollen badly. If it had continued to expand or even caught fire, it could have been very dangerous.

“You removed it before anything happened. You really saved my life.”

Her words caught me by surprise.

This customer is an international student from Thailand. With exams coming up next week, she urgently needed her iPad for revision and studying.

We replaced the swollen battery in just two hours, and she was amazed at how quickly she could get back to her studies.

Receiving her heartfelt compliment and Google review meant a lot to our team.

That day reminded me that we’re not only repairing devices—we’re also helping to prevent potential safety risks.

A swollen battery is not something to ignore. It can damage your device and, in rare cases, become a serious safety hazard.

Before she left, I also shared some battery care tips with her:
✅ Use original or certified charging cables.
✅ Avoid incompatible or low-quality power banks.
✅ Replace a swollen battery as soon as possible.

She left with a safe iPad, valuable battery care knowledge, and one less thing to worry about before her exams.

Wishing her all the best in her exams, and thank you for trusting iMalaysian.com.

Sometimes, the best repair isn’t just bringing a device back to life—it’s preventing something much worse from happening.

Would you repair an iPad that’s almost 10 years old?

When I saw the smile on the little boy’s face after getting his iPad back, I knew the answer was yes. ❤️

His father first asked us, “This iPad is almost 10 years old. Is it really worth repairing?”

Instead of answering immediately, I asked him, “What will you be using it for?”

He smiled and replied, “It’s for my youngest son to play and learn.”

My answer was simple: “Then it’s worth it.”

Many older Apple devices are far more durable than people think. Not long ago, we even helped bring a 23-year-old iPod back to life.

In this case, the iPad only needed a quality original-spec battery replacement. Instead of spending much more on a new device, a reasonable repair could give it another 2–3 years of useful life—making it a practical choice for the family.

At iMalaysian.com, we don’t recommend repairs just to make a sale. We first understand how our customers use their devices, then give honest advice on whether repairing or replacing makes more sense.

Thank you to this father for trusting our recommendation.

The biggest reward wasn’t the repair itself—it was seeing the little boy’s priceless smile when he got his iPad back. Moments like this remind us that we’re not just fixing devices; we’re helping families get more value from the things they already own. 😊

At iMalaysian.com, we believe in giving honest advice because we’re consumers too. We understand that every ringgit is earned through hard work. If it’s worth repairing, we’ll tell you. If it isn’t, we’ll be honest about that too.

Google only allows 5 stars… but this customer said we deserve 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥹

Reading reviews like this reminds us why we’ve been doing what we do since 2007.

This customer brought in his trusted iPhone XS Max with a cracked LCD. Even though it’s an older model, he still chose to keep using it because it continues to serve him well. He had even purchased his own replacement LCD and visited several repair shops, hoping someone would help install it.

Unfortunately, almost every shop turned him away simply because he brought his own part.

Then he found iMalaysian.com on Google and decided to give us a try.

As long as customers understand the risks of using self-supplied parts, we’re always happy to help whenever we can instead of saying “no” right away.

What we truly admire is his attitude toward his belongings. Many people may think an older phone isn’t worth repairing, but we see it differently. A well-maintained device can still serve its purpose for years. We never look down on customers because they use an older iPhone. Instead, we respect and appreciate people who take good care of their devices instead of replacing them unnecessarily. It’s good for their wallet and better for the environment. ♻️❤️

The most touching part of his review was this:

“If Google had 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He also shared that:

* We accepted and installed the LCD that he brought himself.
* Our technician treated him with kindness and respect.
* His iPhone was repaired in just 30–45 minutes.
* He was so happy with the service that he even purchased a tempered glass from us.

For us, repairing a phone is about more than replacing parts. It’s about listening, finding solutions, and treating every customer with respect—whether they’re using the latest iPhone or one that’s been faithfully serving them for years.

Thank you for trusting iMalaysian.com and for leaving such a heartfelt review. Your kind words inspire our team to keep delivering the best service possible, one repair at a time. ❤️🙏
