IT'S RAMADHAN
Ramadhan starts tomorrow! Our special Ramadhan schedule will take place until Hari Raya Aidilfitri :)
Please take note:
♡ There will be no 630pm classes, as the TTDI Bazaar Ramadhan will be at our doorstep
♡ Some night classes will either be at 815pm or 830pm. So please ensure you get the right time when booking!
♡ Weekday morning classes and weekends are on as per usual

WHERE ALIGNMENT MEETS RELIEF
If you have been living with pain, this workshop is for you. Join Dita to discover how you can breathe better, "stack" your body better and move your body better.
What is "Stack”?
It refers to the optimal position of the ribcage directly on top of the pelvis.
Almost everyone is born with a “stacked” rib cage over the pelvis, but it doesn’t always stay that way due to our own personal life experiences.
This workshop aims to help each unique individual with different bodies who has had injuries, physical tension due to stress, habitual postures, etc. in achieving optimal stack again.
You can opt to join for Day 1, or both, Day 1 and Day 2. Please note that you cannot attend Day 2 without Day 1.

A NEW YEAR, A NEW MONTH
While we are getting used to writing 2026 instead of 2025, we are happy to announce that the studio will reopen tomorrow! Are you guys ready to come back?
These are some new changes to the schedule!
♡ While Ting is away this month, get your Hatha Flow fix with on Wednesdays 630pm!
♡ From 14 Jan, Wednesday Yin Yang at 815pm will now be with .yoga !
♡ Wednesday nights with has been changed to Flow Slow
♡ You can now Flow Slow with every Thursday 815pm!
♡ Sunday Yin Yang is back! Join .duyoga at 930am
Please take note that the studio will he closed on Sunday 4 Jan, as we will be away for our 108 Sun Salutations!

108 SUN SALS ARE BACK!
Come join us in our first event of 2026, as we ring in the new year and embrace the energy of 108 sun salutations! We will take you through specially curated versions of Sun Salutations A to gradually build heat and create a balanced practice.
Don’t be alarmed by its name (or number of sun salutations), just take the practice one breath at a time, and feel free to rest in child’s pose or skip that vinyasa if it doesn’t feel good for you in that moment :) We will then wind down with a yummy yin session and savasana, of course!
This time around, we will also have the honour of being guided through a journaling workshop by :) This workshop will help you find your best intentions on how you would like to live your 2026.

♡ You can now Flow Strong with every Thursday at 9am! If you are looking at building strength and work on arm balances and inversions, this is for you!
