川林的週末從來都不閒暇，這一週我們迎來的是銀行金融業的菁英，看似迥然不同的文化背景但結果卻是讓人眼前一亮。數據、圖表和客觀分析不再是鋼骨水泥裡重複上演的環節，在綠意縈繞的午後呈現節奏愈發輕快、清晰且更多的互動。呈現後，每位組員即被分配到新鮮的食材，在各自憑創意烹調出各式拿手佳餚，一盤盤上桌的皆是色香味俱全的美食。

團隊激勵的結果無法總以數據衡量，然而每一位成員卻真實的感受到那一份可被延續到工作崗位的信任、和諧與分享，從無形的力量開始再打造成有形的結果。

Business conduct doesn't always have to be in a business settings and environment. It can be done from various locations and theme, per se example, you can do a business presentation in an outdoor place! How amazing it is, during a tense business subject, we are soothe with the sounds of chirping birds, the gentle breeze of wind which grazes our cheek, and the tranquility of mother nature which gives us a peace of mind.

Recently, we have a renown financial institution who visited The Plantation, to have their monthly business ward. They performed important presentation in an nature-inducing venue and let their creativity and imagination run loose.
From challenging and managing themselves to a better performance and to being innovative and creating something out of nothing,

Education is a spinning wheel, which constantly revolves around our life. Our effort is the force which we place on the pedestal for a brighter future.

The long wait for application announcement is ended. We have released the list of names who made it to be a Senior for our next Discovery M206 training programme here in Malaysia! Selected Senior would have received email notification upon the selection.

陽光明媚的週末，知名的IT公司－SL Info 的六十位成員在 EMA 自然教育園區－川林，一同經歷振奮人心的大地遊戲、野外策略競賽 Who is S.A.M、瘋狂而嬌媚的走秀，而更重要的是和朝夕相見的夥伴共同學習 EMA 的 M.A.J.O.R 生命五行，以及各項溝通技巧和思索個人性格特質。

這一週也許每個部門都在忙著完成 EMA 導師所給予的作業，然而因為共同的語言、共同的能量而讓每一人相信，這一刻開始的辦公室會變得不一樣，即便它只是一顆小小的種子，從現在起就會由每個成員一一注入其品牌文化當中。

It is essential that a long-established and well-known brand can always listen to a creative and innovative idea, to unleash the potential of team members, as well as to transform a better work place.

This weekend, EMA has conducted training for SL Info at The Plantation. Together the sixty-strong team members have undergone team building games, Who is S.A.M, Super Model!, and most importantly to study M.A.J.O.R, communication skills and how to analyse individual's character.

This week every department may be busy for the homework given by the trainer, however we believe that the common language and energy that the team has created, will grow like a seed, eventually impact this international brand.

Dear ALL Senior candidates,

We officially announce that the Senior program for Discovery M206 in Jan 2016 is open for application now. To apply as a Senior, you are required to answer the following questions. You may answers all questions at your preferred language.

Dateline: 30 OCT 2015
You should send all your answers via email to [[email protected]] no later than the dateline to enter the application.

Only 10 Seniors will be selected for coming M206 and we shall announce the selected candidates when the time comes..

Discovery M206 Senior Application

You have to answer the following questions below sincerely and honestly. There are no right or wrong answers.

1. Why do you want to become a Senior in this training programme and what kind of value do you hope to deliver by being one? (In 200 words and less)

2. During your last training, you have been provided with the book, “ I care, therefore I am” （他比我更重要）. Please select your most favourite chapter in the book and explain why it is your favourite (In 200 words and less) Describe what do you understand from it and the values learned from the chapter. (In 200 words and less)

3. When you become a Senior, you have to maintain your Academic Excellence not only during your initiation, but before as well as after training. What kind of approach would you take to preserve your Academic Excellence? (In 200 words and less)
