Declanās 5 years of training on his own. Still needed to change everything.
Before weight: 88kg
Before Waistline: 92.5cm
After weight: 77kg
After waistline: 78.5cm
Duration: 6 months
Before approach me, Declan had already been training for 5 years on his own.
His goal? Is to build a better physique, gain confidence and carry himself with more presence at work and in life.
Since from time to time he needs travel, we start with a diet from the given baseline. We started tracking calories, build awareness and structure of the food choice he had to make better choices wherever he was.
He knew itād be a new experience. But through the process, it wasnāt just his physique that changed, his mindset, discipline and daily habits levelled up too.
The result exceeded his expectations during this coaching period.
Fitness was never just about the body.
Itās the habits and daily choices you build that shape your physique, your health and how long you keep both.

Translation š Good morning, Coach!
Weāve completed this fat loss phase! Iām also about to fly to China now. A few days ago I uploaded my current physique photos and Iām really satisfied with this fat loss result, even better than what I originally expected!
I got my body fat tested a few days ago, and itās already down to over 15%. My weight has also been stable between 77-78kg, and this is a state I really like for myself.
I think what made me happiest this time wasnāt just the results, but that I enjoyed the whole process. I barely had to overthink anything and I just followed your plan step by step, and thatās exactly the approach Iāve always wanted. Because I know that if I had planned it myself, I wouldāve kept adjusting things back and forth based on all kinds of thoughts along the way, and eventually Iād just stop and give up. This is also the first time Iāve stuck with a fat loss phase this seriously and consistently all the way through.
Thank you so much, Coach, for your guidance and support throughout this journey!

The final dance for 2026 is complete!
Jason just closed out his 2026 stage season with 2 medals in natural competitionš„š„ (Classic Bodybuilding & Menās Jeans Model) in hand this year and if youāve followed the journey, you know this wasnāt a straight line to the top.
Competition wasnāt ever about the medals; it was about becoming the person you are while chasing them. Itās about discipline in the quiet moments and showing up even when youāre not feeling it. Trusting the process even when it feels slow.
Next up: new phase, higher bar. Weāre already talking about what 2027 looks like and I can tell you, itās going to be a different level. We come back stronger, sharper more dialed in than ever.

That pump feels amazing. But donāt mistake a good pump for real progress. Muscle isnāt built in one workout. Itās built over years of showing up, even when itās not flashy.

Preparing for his first natural bodybuilding competition felt like stepping into entirely new territory for Jason Yip
As someone who has experienced many different things in life, he described this journey as putting himself in an unfamiliar place and learning a completely different skill set from scratch.
From practicing posing routines to mastering precise calorie counting and food choices measured down to the gram.
This level of discipline was a stark contrast to his everyday lifestyle habits, requiring a complete shift in mindset and routine.
Naturally, there were challenges along the way. Adjusting to a structured eating plan, building new physical skills like stage posing, and staying consistent through the ups and downs of contest prep all tested his patience and resolve.
But with a well planned strategy and steady commitment, things came together as the weeks progressed.
What makes this journey even more remarkable is that this is Jasonās first time ever competing in a natural bodybuilding show and heās doing it in his mid 40s.
Rather than letting age hold him back, heās proving that with the right mindset and preparation, what once seemed impossible is well within reach.

First time on stage, 4 medals around his neck š„š„š„š
Alex walked into this not knowing if his body was even capable of standing on that stage.
No competition background. No idea what āpeak weekā even meant.
Just a guy who decided one day that he wanted to find out what he was made of.
What changed wasnāt just his physique. It was how he showed up for training, for tracking food and check inās, for himself even on the days it wouldāve been easier not to.
He stepped out under those lights a completely different person than the one who started this journey.
But hereās the part that matters more than any medalsā¦
He proved to himself that the version of him he imagined months ago, the one who didnāt exist yet was real all along.
Thatās the real win who earned it.
This is also one of his best birthday gift for himself after months of consistency of his great effort! š
