What are the appropriate ages for children to start training?
After 4 years, the child's physical coordination and flexibility capabilities will have a rapid development such as attention, memory, thinking, behavior control has significantly improved which this will provides good conditions for learning martial arts. But since the child's learning and athletic ability is still low and after all, they are only suitable for learning some simple combination of martial arts action and movement.
Fitness role of traditional martial arts are mainly in two aspects which are physical and mental training. Physical aspects, namely, to strengthen the function of each part of body, so that beyond their own; that the profound spiritual meaning of traditional culture conferred in the cultivation of the body at the same time, fulfill the spirit of sublimation, understanding the relationship between people and nature, people and society and between people . Both complement each other to achieve the best fitness results.
几岁开始学武术合适?
4岁以后,孩子身体的协调性和柔韧性等能力发展较快,注意力、记忆力、思维能力、行为控制能力都有明显的提高,这为学习武术提供了良好的条件。这时就可以开始学习武术。但孩子的学习和运动能力毕竟还不高,仅适宜学习一些简单的武术动作和动作组合。

TaeKwonDo Hi-Tact club has always been teaching our students with intentions and TaeKwonDo as their physical fitness strengthening and self-defense skills! This is why our classes include with different ages, genders and even the younger and older generation as well. We hope to promote the spirit of such beneficial TaeKwonDo martial skills to the public. So, we hope to see some students with determined to learn to join us! And we really hope to promote TaeKwonDo self-defense skills as people can learn it as a healthful exercise and a skill for protecting themselves.
跆拳道班一直以来都用心的教导学员们,以跆拳道作为强身健体和自我防卫的技能,因此本跆拳道班有着不同年龄层的学员,有男有女,有大有小,有幼有老,我们本着希望能把跆拳道这种有益的武术发扬而开办,因此希望能看到有心学习的学员加入学习,我们更希望能把跆拳道的自卫术推广和宣扬,好让大家能以它作为强身健体的运动和保护自己的一种技能来学习。
