【 Ever since my friend went through this online training program, he never go back to traditional gym activities anymore. 】

My friend suffering from knee pain due to overweight and weak thighs, hamstrings, and calves last year. Doctor told him to lose 5 to 7kg of his weight in order to cure his knee pain, so he decided to hire a personal trainer to help him to achieve his fitness goal with the price of RM1500 for 12 sessions. At the end of the session, he didn't get the results as were promised by the trainer. 😢



Being a 1st in Malaysia to certified by the world's famous fitness icon Kris Gethin and with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I decided to help my friend by conducting LIVE online training. With 3 times a week basics alongside proven training principles and super easy diets, I managed to get him to lose 4kg in a month and also strengthen both knees. 😳
