One of my most favourite exercises that to build up leg muscle(Quadriceps)
It may look like normal squat because we don’t have sissy squat machine,that’s why it has two dumbbells on the foot.
How to do it?
-narrow feet slightly inside on your shoulders width.
-squat down as low as you can,keep your back straight all the time.
-come up with 2 partial reps and 1 full rep (that’s consider one rep)
-after finish 20rep,squeeze or flex your quads muscle for 10-15sec to create more blood go into muscle.
Recommended to do :
-once a week
-20repetitions of 5sets
-do it all or don’t do it at all
I guarantee you will see much difference and your muscle will be sore after 48hours.
