When we started Fire in August 2015, she was the first few fans that joined the classes. She is one of the most consistent and discipline person I’ve ever met. Never missed her 6.15am class unless she has to work at that hour. After 4 years and 500 over classes, we wish you all the best in Bangkok Come back and visit us okay 😍 Your partner in crime will definitely miss you helping her to set up the equipment, pushing her in class and standing next to you while working out ❤️

Words can’t describe how surprised and happy I was on Saturday night for my pre-surgery party 😍 thank you girls for organising the night and putting together a survival kit (every single gift was well thought of 🥰) I feel so blessed, loved and grateful to have all of you in my life. Wait for me to come back... stronger 💪🏻

I just found out that my Apple Watch which I had it for more than a year tracks my Average Cadence 🤦🏻‍♀️ Was interesting to see what’s the average cadence for runners. So I Google and read about it. Wanted to share with you guys if you didn’t know about this👇🏻

Our height, weight, leg and stride length and running ability will determine your optimal cadence. Everyday runners generally fall between 160-170 steps per minute, while elite runners strike the ground around 180 steps per minute or higher—with some getting above 200 at their fastest speeds.

Sometimes it’s just good to know and keep track. So what’s your average cadence?

No equipment. No excuses. 4 exercises. 20 minutes.

1️⃣ Jump Lunge
2️⃣ Squat Jump
3️⃣ Star Jump
4️⃣ Mountain Climber to Sprawl

👉Do this for 45 sec work x 15 sec rest x 4 rounds x rest 1 min between rounds.

Try not to stop in that 45 sec work but instead pace yourself as you’re getting fatigue.

I wanna dedicate this post to my heroes of the day. It was a rough morning but I couldn’t have survived it without you guys.

Thank you Amanda for coming down to the station early in the morning when I was feeling helpless. You are the best boss I could ever ask for! You’re always there (and very quick) when we need help at the station and it doesn’t matter what time it is.

Nova Hall !! Thank you for staying back with me to help out instead of going for your usual run. Im truly blessed to have you as a friend/colleague with your endless love and support. You know I love you ❤️

And Bun what more can I say. Without you, I won’t be here (😜 teaching class today) thank you for cancelling your appointment and saving the day. You are a true Super Hero 🦸‍♂️ aka friend/colleague/electrician. I cannot thank you enough.

And lastly to my fans, thank you for always helping out with the mats (laying it out neatly and rolling tightly) For listening to my stories (sometimes emotional ones) And for your support in Fire all these years. Love you all ❤️
