Anyway, to me I would choose the unit back to mountain as photo showed mountain seems much taller than the condominium and also it located quite near as well. Backing to mountain would act as support.

In the other way, if facing to such near and big mountain, the occupants may be always employed under pressure of bosses or top management … imagine that’s always someone “bigger” in front of you, sure stress, right?

Disclaimer: I only share One tip base on the photos, without understanding the Qi source and etc. Note that Feng Shui isn’t a One way system, it’s complex and many systems to be considered, therefore no absolutely right or wrong for my or your answer!
