A complete workout experience for adults and children while learning proper techniques by the finest trainers in the region. You will have many fighting styles to learn from, tailored to your individual needs to strengthen, tone and build your physical, mental and emotional health. A few days before the fight, Ajarn guiding through his Wai Kru. 🙏🏽🥊

Wai Kru is more than just a ritual before stepping into the ring. It teaches young fighters respect, humility, discipline, patience, and composure under pressure.

Before they learn how to fight, they learn how to honour their teachers, parents, teammates, and the art itself. These are the values that shape not just better fighters, but better people.

Really happy that our younger fighters now have Kru Big Boy & Kru CD helping guide them too. They’ve been doing an amazing job with the kids! Not just in training, but in helping build confidence, character, and love for the art. 🔥
