They will be monitored weekly through body measurement and analysis. The workouts will be designed around gym equipment, fixed bars, barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, tyres and also cardio exercises such as spinning, treadmill, elliptical and outdoor running. All these workouts will be conducted both in and out of the gym. The FIT winner will obtain the perfect physique of a fitness model. She/he will be featured on magazines, newspapers, web pages. On top of these prizes, FIT Winner will also win cash prizes and 1 year free
Membership with Body Express VIP Fitness Club. FIT audiences can also help/support their favorite participant by voting because every vote counts in the final results. Our professional panel of judges will also give their opinions and name the participant with the least improvement. The participants with the lowest improvement and the least votes will go through the elimination challenge. FIT will show you step by step of the 10 weeks process/ transformation and give tips on how to exercise properly and safely. We also will show and re-educate you pertaining to your diet habits towards a healthier life style.
