It’s the day! Before you start your run or ride, it's also important to warm up and loosen your muscles before stretching them. Try a simple, gentle warmup for 5 to 10 minutes before you begin stretching.

Here’s a reminder to all our Orchid Run & Ride participants, race day will run from 18 Dec 2021 - 9 Jan 2022.

You may do it indoor or outdoor as long as you have a tracking app with a date of your run or ride, the total distance & total time. You will need a printscreen of the activity as proof for your result submission.
