HOLDS SHAPING WORKSHOP

With all the colourful holds on show at KL Climbing week, how amazing to get to learn how to shape a hold - from a master shaper Dario Stefanou from IBEX Holds.

They learnt a bit on the art + science of hold shaping like ergonomics, texture developments and movement, taking the experience form concept to.... tadaaaaaa the wall.

The Asian Climbing Summit 2026 brings together the biggest names in the industry, the up and comers and exciting start-ups and puts them right in front of Asia's climbers, gym operators, routesetters, and developers.

Day 1 was a mindblowing as we got to touch all the latest holds, check out the shapes - meet with shapers and the creatives behind it from all over the world. It's been cool!
