still buzzing from onboarding last week. it allowed me to reflect and think about my personal goals and how i envision myself doing the work to get there.
putting it out here that my yet is to make as many bodies as possible to fall in love with yoga. it has been my lifelong mission to do so and altho the path may nt be linear, keep going, i will get there.

π€our first hyrox!π€
i donβt think weβll call ourselves hybrid rockstars yet π personally iβve learnt so much from the whole journey. iβd summarize it in these points.
1. always look good π€£ when we look good we perform better. thank you for our fits π€π€ itβs perfect as we represent .my
2. i should have rested/slept more. joining the race in not my best form threw me off guard, especially at the wallballs station.
3. the race hall was really cold. felt my muscle was just not awake at all throughout. jacket up, next time.
4. most of us hit our race pace, but our stations were laughable as we always thought our runs are far worse, we neglected training on the workout. that said, we shouldve also train and ran more together π
5. overall its super fun! iβd defo do it again to redeem my timing. i cant be at my best race in such a tired body.
grateful and thankful for the best cheerleaders and same competitive team mates these yogis are such a beast! and most importantly, looking so prettyyyyy during hyrox β¨

to be completedly honest, i still canβt believe iβm now a part of the family π₯Ή
beyond day 1, the brand showed up in my life with immense support, and even more so after ambassadorship. being here at bangkok this year for 2026βs lululemon ambassador onboarding have shown me, time and time again, how blessed i am with such tremendous love, care, thought, and intention the team at lululemon put into everything they do. I am just in awe every moment.

almost didnt show up for this handstand workshop because of injury but 100000% glad that i did in the end.
out of all the handbalance workshop iβve attended in the past, i love this one the most. i like that it focuses on drills, endurance, basic positioning, foundation, the right technique, staying on the wall, and most importantly, the very funny and patient coach saina from π«Άπ»π€Έπ»ππΌ thank you ππΌ
also- thank you everyone else who dmed me and showed up at the workshop with the same π€Έπ» energy! coach saina will be back!!! watch this space ππ» .my !!!
