It’s often a sign we need to shift our weight or find a better foundation.

💡Tips:

Press through the fingertips: Don’t let the weight dump into the heel of the hand.

Check your alignment: Shoulders directly over wrists.

Modify: Drop to elbows or use a wedge if needed.
