Congratulations to Maike and Bjorn!🥋🥋

The Mum and Son team trained with us in our Valencia satellite school from February 2017 until they re-located to Scotland earlier this year.

They have done tremendously to keep up their training online, working around the time difference between Malaysia and Scotland.

Today they achieved the huge milestone of 1st Degree black belt 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We're so proud of you! 🇲🇾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

No. 3 of our MCO Training series!

Khaleef and Ibrahim started Choi Kwang Do as part of an anti-bullying school holiday camp just over one year ago.

Ibrahim then enrolled in a weekly class and brought along his cousin and his best friends from school. It's amazing when we see groups of friends and families training together, they always bring a great energy to the dojang.

Khaleef has been helping Ibrahim to continue his Choi Kwang Do training by using the Train At Home Kit. While private zoom classes are available, it's great to see the boys practicing without additional screen time.

20 minute "mood booster" sessions are available to the general public free of charge here: bit.ly/trychoikwangdo

Second post of our MCO Training series!

This little trooper Jun Bin has been training with us since 2018.

Such a great training area set-up with his Train at Home gear in action!

Being able to stay connected with our instructor team has meant he can continue to stay healthy, develop and progress in Choi Kwang Do during lockdowns.

Keep up the excellent training Jun Bin!

First post of our MCO Training series!

This family started training with us a month ago as their kids are big fans of Cobra Kai! They managed to get into the dojang a few times before lockdown but they have been thrilled to continue training at home.

The siblings love training with their Train at Home kit - their mum has told us it's been entertainment for the parents too!

If any of our members want a feature send us your photos.
