Hi everyone,
At the moment, I am only conducting Personal Training and Private Group Training sessions.
As the studio is currently unavailable, all training sessions will be temporarily conducted at M Vertica Condo Park or via Door-to-Door Training Service.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the studio is no longer available for use. Therefore, my personal training and private group classes will be temporarily relocated to M Vertica Podium Park or conducted through a door-to-door training service.
