A 40 minute grinder with this morning - lots of sweat trickling, moaning, gasping for breath and occasional swears! But it was a great workout which ended with a freshly made smoothie.
This ones called a booty-cycle (yeah, I made that up) but THINK THAT IS EASY? TRY IT 🔥

This fit mom is fasting! She requested for a change in workout timing just as soon Ramadan started, so she is able to maintain her regime throughout the month. I'm always very enthusiastic to work my schedule around clients who are so dedicated! It's so rewarding.
We did lower-body today but toned down the intensity. I feel very blessed.
