As you can see… the face expression also started changing.😂

Getting away from the usual routine and experiencing something different once in a while is actually quite nice. Good food, good company, good reminder to slow down a little. ☺

First time hosting for an ET Ideas talk, and honestly… full circle moment.

We spoke about how stress affects growth. Not the big, obvious stress, but the small things we brush off every day.

Big reminder for me: it’s rarely one big thing. It’s the little patterns.

Grateful for the space, the people, and everything I'm still learning along the way.

After 9 years in this space, I’ve realised something simple.
Working with different clients, including those with special needs, has shown me that this work can be meaningful, but also limiting when you do it alone.

I’m opening a small sharing session on what the future of this career can look like, beyond the gym. I'll be sharing how I’ve been running my PT work, especially how I get clients and structure things so trainers don’t have to worry about marketing or admin. Also sharing how I work with neurotypical and neurodivergent clients.

Fitness isn’t confusing. It's just overloaded with opinions.

​One scroll through social media and you’re hit with a dozen "must-dos":

One says fasting.
Another says keto.
Another says lift heavy.
Another says don't.

After a while....it just gets confusing.

The truth? These are just tools, not rules.

Most methods actually work.
But only when they fit you.

Make it make sense first.

During our session at IPPTAR, Angkasapuri, we worked through the deeper, often unseen layer of leadership using the S-I-E-P lens.

Most workplace issues don’t start with performance.
They start with misunderstanding.

When people don’t understand each other, small gaps turn into tension, misalignment, and quiet friction that slowly affects performance.

But when understanding is present, something shifts.
Communication opens up. There’s more clarity, more compassion, and teams start working with each other.

What stood out throughout the session was this: when we stop trying to standardize people, we start unlocking what each person actually brings.

If your team is functioning but not fully connected,
it might not be a performance issue.
It might be an understanding gap.
