Planning an impactful International Women’s Day initiative for your team in Malaysia?

In conjunction with International Women’s Day 2026, organizations across KL & Malaysia are empowering their employees through LEVEL UP — a practical self-defence workshop for the real world.

This dynamic, hands-on session equips participants to:
• Recognize danger and de-esclate

• Respond effectively to common assaults (grabs, chokes, ground situations, intro to knife 🗡️ attack defences )

• Build confidence and decision-making under stress

Developed from 20+ years of martial arts and personal safety expertise, this multi-award-winning workshop is delivered by our lead instructor together with trained female coaches — ensuring a professional and supportive learning environment aligned with workplace wellbeing goals.

✔ Suitable for all employees (no fitness background needed)
✔ HRDC-claimable format available
✔ Flexible onsite delivery (KL, Selangor & nationwide)
✔ Ideal for corporate wellness, DEI & safety programmes

IWD calendars in Malaysia fill fast every year — early booking recommended.

📩 DM us or WhatsApp (link in bio) to receive our corporate deck & proposal.

Let’s make empowerment practical this International Women’s Day.

Game Face ON !

Nothing builds a kid's character like learning look at his fear, face to face and trust his capacity to over take them.

We had the pleasure to invite for a friendly open Matt session . It was a fantastic experience for the kiddos !

Huge thx to coach Amin and his Bjj champion 🏆 kids who came to share their knowledge and passion with us !

🟫Ouhou , level UP day 🟣➡️➡️➡️➡️🟤!

Despite the tough year 2025 has been , and against all odds, I have at least secured one of my long time dream goal 😍 and reached the dark tiers in BJJ 😅! I would have never believed this 6 months ago on my hospital bed 😅.

Dang I was happy in 🟣 : everyone on the Matt takes you seriously but you were still able to fuxx around without too much consequences 🤣🤣🤣

Now I feel the pressure 🤣🥴.

Thank you prof for your trust 🙏🏼 and your guidance all these year, you made us all stronger , more resilient, and tougher. You are a source of inspiration for all of us ! Thank you for always believing in my mediocre skills haha ! Thank you professor .

And if Bruno sharpened my weapons , Sifu has been my shield, taught me to slow down on the Matts , and to be wiser . Thank you sifu !

Huge congratulations to my students,
, who got promoted the same day ! 🔵! The fun starts now !

Strong Women 💪

Jayne and Kass have been my students in close combat for 6 years now , and in Jiu-jitsu for almost 3 years with me and with Sifu who took them under his wings!

These ladies prove that consistency, patience and dedication are the recipe for improvement!

Huge congrats to these strong women for the achievements and for their blue belt 🔵 in Jiu-jitsu!

Well done and Kass! I am so so proud of you 💞
