I am a Physiotherapist from Crucial Rehab. I specialise in musculoskeletal and sport injury, running injury prevention and post injury program, recovery and maintanence.

I am also an avid runner who started my own running journey 3 years ago. Fell in love with trail running, to me it is a indescribable joy to explore trails and I love the quote "Explore the world by foot".

My experience with working on athletes from competitive running to powerlifting, crossfit, dancers, hiker, and have covered the malaysia Muay Thai Sukma team among many others.

I believe in working together with athletes and growing together, providing solutions and treat my clients is my passion, reaching goals, higher standards and performance. No matter how much time and effort it takes, be sure we will try our best to help you achieve it.

The upcoming event: Run Toward Longevity

1st Speaker: James Willis

A.k.a running on old legs. I have been running on and off for almost sixty years.
I was very competitive until I entered university from then until my retirement and moved to Malaysia I ran solely for fun and fitness.

Once arriving in Malaysia, I returned to competitive running as I have the time to train properly now.

I have over time slowed down, but I have also increased my distances. I am now an avid Ultra runner, both on the road and in the trails. "Age and gender are not barriers, they are limitations that you put on yourself."

Recent running achievements:
🏃🏻 Vietnam Mountain Marathon (44kms) Age-group (60 plus) winner 2017 and 2018
🏃🏻 Back to Endurance. Veteran (40 plus) 2017 3rd Place
🏃🏻 Loose Goose three-day ultra 2018 Open 3rd Place
🏃🏻 Route 68 (100km) 2019 8th. Overall, 5th. Veteran (40 plus)
