Wonderful two sessions with the team from Jabil, a leading electronics manufacturing company based in Penang, held last year at two iconic island venues — Pangkor Laut Resort and PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort.

We truly enjoyed the “chaos,” the high energy, and the enthusiasm throughout both programs. It was a meaningful and engaging experience from start to finish, made even more special by the natural beauty of both islands.

When we think of Kuala Lumpur, we often picture the Twin Towers, modern skyscrapers, and busy city streets.

But this time, Jay Team Building brought our corporate client Ansell beyond the skyline—into hidden trails and a different side of KL—for a “Digital KL Exploration Race.”

In this half-day challenge, participants had to navigate their way from station to station by walking, asking locals for directions, and even taking the LRT 🚆

A simple city… turned into a powerful team adventure. 💡

A fantastic time kayaking amidst the beautiful mangroves of Sepang!

Participants navigated the river with focus and coordination, learning while having fun—even under the hot sun.

The adventure wrapped up perfectly with delicious local pizza and the region’s famous dragon fruit.

We had a great time while doing a recce at one of the largest and longest caves in Peninsular Malaysia!
