今年因为🦠疫情影响的关系越来越多人都不敢去🏋️Gym room和🧘瑜伽馆了,大部分人都想在家里运动比较安全。这时候很多人就开始上网找如何做锻炼的video了。开始在YouTube, FB ,IG 学做运动。其实,有好有坏!可以跟着做,但如果只是盲目的跟从,很大机会会重复做了某些错误的运动模式,开始练到❌不对的肌肉。就开始一直累计很多损伤了。

臀部训练不是单单的,只练了深蹲。他还需要伸展和骨盆稳定,去练到你最想要的臀!你没有把伸展弄好只有大腿粗的结果。骨盆稳定没练好,臀部线条就不好。

Glutes training is not just about squats. He also needs to stretch and stabilize his pelvis to get to your favorite glutes! need to stretch it out the leg stabilize the pelvis to get your glutes.
