Awareness Week at DUTA TENNIS was full of fun learning!

Our players and parents had a great time discovering more about nutrition and sports psychology — and how both body and mind play a role in sport.

A big thank you to the wonderful team from – Dr Rebecca Wong and San Ying – for sharing their insights with us.

And to the amazing team from .my – Tania Lee and Justine – for making nutrition such an eye-opening and engaging experience for our young athletes.

January at was all about showing up, training hard, and pushing limits. Some of our players even travelled across states, committed to growing on this court.
