today’s workout was cherrypicking before travelling and what was fitting for my adidas shows (good excuse to not do any burpees😉) workout details👇🏽

As promised, here’s the recipe for my latest obsession😮💨 It’s balanced, filling and satisfying, a perfect breakfast or pre-workout🥣
FOR THE BASE:
- 60g oats
- 1dl milk (I add water until my desired consistency, but you can do all milk or only water)
- 100g eggwhites
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of cardamom
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- banana
- peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- dark chocolate
- handful of blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. mix the ingredients for the base and cook on medium heat, add liquids until you have a thick consistency
2. add eggwhites and mix until frothy. Put back on the stove on medium/low heat and stir until desired consistency. Set aside to chill for a few minutes
3. split your banana and fry in the pan (I use one spray cooking oil, a tsp of maple syrup/honey and some cinnamon) on both sides until caramelised
4. put the oats in a bowl and add your toppings
5. ENJOY your masterpiece🥇
(this is a portion size for me, adjust the measures to you, but I find that this ratio of oats and eggwhites works well, hence why I shared the measurements. If you want the macros, calculate them based on YOUR portion so it fits YOUR goals)
you should really try this stretch if you feel a bit tight or just want a great stretch of your whole side🤤
